The Modern Building Alliance (MBA) is organising the first National Network Meeting of 2026 and is happy to gather its stakeholders. With a new Management, the MBA is keen to reconnect with its national base and present its renovated plans to offer a better and higher value to its stakeholder base.

To increase the footprint and impact of the Modern Building Alliance, the Association’s Board of Directors decided to take a step forward in providing new blood to its leadership team and appointed Mr Nicola Filizola, a consultant at Sec New Gate, as the new General Manager.
Nicola brings two decades of experience at the International Level as a senior professional in communication and political public relations and as an Executive of International Associations. Mr Filizola worked previously for the United Nations, the EU Joint Programme Active Assisted Living, and he was Secretary General of the International Antimony Association. He is also co-Founder of the GaragErasmus Foundation.
Mr Filizola will lead the development of the MBA in the future with the main goal to reposition the Association, to provide clear external communication and grow the engagement of the National Networks by increasing clear and more engaging communication.
